Join us for Reel Wild Auckland 2016 at The Academy Cinema.

Bringing together the latest and greatest trail running films, our second year will delight trail and movie fans alike with some awesome new films, a couple of classics and lots of stuff to get you buzzing.

Here’s how it’ll all unfold:

On Friday 13th, from 7pm, join Mal Law who will host a very special final screening of FIFTY in Auckland.

This is a great chance to chat to Mal and see the movie that has been selling out up and down the country. There will be food and drinks available and, as well as show the film, Mal will give a special talk. This promises to be a truly memorable evening.

On Saturday 14th, from 1pm onwards, prepare for a full afternoon of trail running wonder. We have spent the last few months searching for the absolute finest trail running films, both New Zealand-made and internationally. It’s been a tough job* but someone’s got to do it. The result is this incredible line-up of films below, which should be enough to get any half-decent trail runner salivating:

Note: We’ll be taking donations all weekend to support Nepali girls getting involved with Sports and to help Mira get shown in Nepal. We are excited about this opportunity to give back to the community in a deep and profoundly meaningful way. Details to come.
